Agile Transformation Leader for UST

A senior-level position is available at UST, seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to drive and facilitate agile transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Foster an environment of trust and collaboration to ensure teams are self-organizing and empowered.
- Provide guidance to teams on Agile processes, ensuring alignment with SAFe and Agile methodologies.
Scaled Agile Framework Implementation
- Guide teams in the application of SAFe for delivering solutions at scale.
- Work closely with Program and Release Train Engineers to ensure alignment of team-level goals with overall program objectives.
- Facilitate Program Increment Planning sessions to assist teams in defining features, stories, and program priorities.
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information and expectations.
- Provide status updates and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring teams regularly reflect on their processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Champion the removal of impediments and risks that could hinder the team's ability to deliver on time and within scope.
- Support teams in improving quality practices, ensuring the SDLC is optimized for speed and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with proven success in leading and coaching multiple Agile teams.
- Strong experience in SAFe, having worked in environments implementing SAFe at scale.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC processes.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and complex, fast-moving environments.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
