Career Opportunity

This role offers an exciting chance to contribute to the growth and success of Epsilon's CRM team. As a Senior Database Architect or Enterprise Software Developer, you will play a crucial part in creating custom solutions for global clients, leveraging state-of-the-art technologies like Redshift and Matillion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software engineering, database design, and analytics. Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, as well as experience with Agile Development methodologies, is essential. Familiarity with AWS, Redshift, or equivalent databases is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web-based business applications.
  • Develop frontend applications, middleware, and backend systems, ensuring high standards of software quality.
  • Maintain expertise in database design, performance tuning, and optimization techniques.
  • Participate in peer-reviews, code reviews, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Design and implement efficient database architectures and optimize query performance.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on database design and development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving delivery through strong practices and complex programs of work.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid understanding of relational database design, database models, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with ETL developer roles in large-scale projects, preferably with Oracle or similar databases.
