Content Developer Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content that meets the company's goals and objectives.

This includes developing engaging blog posts, case studies, presentations, and social media content that aligns with the company's voice and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Develop informative and well-researched content that resonates with the target audience.
  2. Trend Research: Stay up-to-date on key trends and developments in fintech, data science, strategic management, and product management.
  3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  4. Edit & Proofread: Review and edit content for clarity and consistency with company standards.
  5. SEO Optimization: Apply basic SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
  6. Project Management: Help coordinate content projects, ensuring timely delivery while working with external teams when needed.
Requirements:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage but not required.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of content creation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful: fintech, data science, strategic management, or product management.
Skills:
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • BASIC understanding of SEO and content optimization.
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly get up to speed on new topics.
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects with tight deadlines.

This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
