Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital content strategies to maximize our page's reach, traffic, and interactions on social media platforms.
  • Conceive engaging captions and be hands-on in creative formats such as reels, memes, carousel posts, and other formats.
  • Post links, videos, and photos on our social handles daily and track the latest trending content on social media.
  • Analyze social media data to optimize posts for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Adhere to our planning/content calendar for social media and help ideate strategies for YouTube & Facebook videos.
  • Track competition pages to identify gaps in content strategy and manage promotional campaigns with partners.
  • Collaborate with the publishing team to create visually appealing content and post it on our social handles.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with an entertainment publisher or agency.
  • Basic understanding of social media analysis and tools like Meta analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and image/video editing tools.
  • Ability to work in roster-based shifts and outside office hours if needed.
  • Understanding of copyright requirements and issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
  • Team player with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
