Job Title: Senior Visual Content Creator

About the Job

This is an on-site and full-time job opportunity. We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms, such as digital and print forms. They will be able to develop creative and visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all design work, ensuring that our brand identity is communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that align with the company's goals and messaging.
  • Use design to tell compelling stories, conveying complex ideas and messages in a simple and engaging manner.
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table, pushing the envelope in terms of design concepts while considering the target audience and market trends.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field and 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is also required.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDRAW) is essential. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills are also necessary.
