- Preparing official documents such as offer letters, certificates of completion, and letters of recommendation.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all prepared documents.
- Ensuring timely delivery of certificates to respective teams or individuals.
- Collaborating with other teams to verify details for certificates.
- Assisting in managing and updating the database for document tracking and management.
- Supporting process improvement efforts for document preparation and management.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
