Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

About the Role:

  • Achieve successful product adoption with our global customers.
  • Combine deep platform knowledge with excellent communication skills to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with clients to identify target audiences' training needs, understand their applications and processes to derive actionable insights and use cases.
  2. Manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
  3. Develop standards and guidelines for consistency in deliverables across projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and process efficiency to clients.
  5. Consult and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the Whatfix Product Ecosystem.
  6. Analyze and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management or Software Development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.
  • A strong learning appetite to become an expert on Whatfix Products through Certification Programs.
  • In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce configuration, implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with analytical mindset.
