As an Engineering Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for driving engineering excellence by fostering a culture of quality, automation, and innovation. You will lead initiatives to improve software development lifecycle efficiency, automate build and deployment pipelines, and promote modern development practices.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop tools, frameworks, and dashboards to enhance SDLC efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for technical improvement and implement solutions.
  • Champion CI/CD practices, automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Promote adoption of modern development practices like TDD, pair programming, and code reviews.
  • Lead initiatives to improve engineering onboarding, knowledge sharing, and documentation standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of engineering practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor and train engineers on best practices for writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biopharma equipment operations.
  • Hands-on experience with operational excellence and process excellence.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging tools.
