Job Opportunity:

A talented Full Stack Developer is required to drive the development of a new set of platform capabilities in the Digital Core that will enable real-time processing, analytics, and structured workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development of innovative digital solutions that strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
  • Provide technology expertise and recommendations to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to skill-aligned chapter constructs working across the Digital Operations platform to build effective solutions.
  • Offer technical guidance and support in assessing new software projects and initiatives to enhance existing applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, test software, and contribute to application architecture and design.
About You:
  • Java software engineer with 8+ years of experience seeking a challenging role.
  • Strong skills in Core Java, Collections, and proficiency in Java 8 features such as Lambda Expressions, Streams, etc.
  • Extensive experience with Spring Framework (Core / Boot / Integration).
  • Good knowledge of design patterns applicable to data streaming.
  • Experience with Apache Flink/Apache Kafka and ELK stack highly desirable.
  • Experience with Flowable or similar BPMN/CMMN tooling also highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular/JavaScript / React / Redux.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (TeamCity/Jenkins), Git/GitHub/GitLab.
  • Familiarity with Docker/containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven track record in agile SDLC in large-scale enterprise environments.
