Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational stakeholders to increase program awareness.
  • Represent our brand at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to enhance visibility.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns in various regions to attract top talent from high schools across India.
  • Nurture relationships with key partners, including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback to inform program development and communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnerships, analyzing effectiveness and conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities are required.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and target-driven approach are necessary.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
