Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative BMS hardware systems for energy storage applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex technical challenges
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality modules/systems while maintaining rigorous standards

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Electrical Engineering (EEE) and a minimum of 12-14 years of experience in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting Power Electronics concepts for BMS
  • Experience and strong design knowledge of Digital circuit design, Analog circuit design, ADC, DACs, OP Amps, Micro-processors, Micro-controllers & DSPs
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Li-ion batteries for Energy storage application such as UL9540/UL1973/IEC62619/IEC 60730
  • Knowledge of PCB layout constraints
  • Experience with Analog Front End circuit design for Li-ion batteries
  • Experience using simulation tools such as P-Spice, Matlab, Mathcad
  • Experience with FMEA and Root Cause Analysis
  • Experience working with various Sensing Technologies such as Temp Sensor, Voltage sensor etc.
  • Experience working with hardware peripherals and communication ckt design
  • Experience in Power Supply Design
  • Experience working with MOSFET driving
