Human Resources Operations Manager

About this role
We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to lead and manage all aspects of HR operations in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization.
- Direct end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Implement HR processes and initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards.
- Maintain full adherence to compliance and audit requirements, monitor labor law updates, and ensure statutory records are accurate.
- Resolve employee grievances and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
- Collaborate with leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.
- Drive continuous learning and development, digital HR transformation, and foster a future-ready workforce.
Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup.
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
• Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
• Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive transformational changes.
