About the Company

We invite applications from qualified candidates for a position that requires Accounting, Financial Consolidation and reporting.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. They must also consolidate data as per timelines given by head quarters.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  • Consolidation must be as per timelines given by head quarters.
  • Reconciliation for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation process.
  • Responsible for completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activity on time.
  • Prepare reports and analyze all metrics for all financial plans.
  • Responsible for ensuring that new accounting pronouncements are appropriately applied by the various entities within the organization.
  • Preparation of various Management reports. Provide effective analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO.
  • Implementing digital financial MIS solutions and driving process improvements within a corporate finance environment.

Requirements

CA degree required. Minimum 6-8 years PQE in a MNC Group or similar experience with one of the top-rated audit firms.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting.
  • Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital financial MIS solutions.
  • Ability to drive process improvements.
