Lead Financial Reporting Specialist

Your Role:

  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, such as Ind AS and IFRS.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to maintain high-quality financial reporting.
  • Analyze and provide insightful management reports to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations, developing policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and improve overall financial efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders, providing clear and concise financial information.
  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Hold a CA qualification with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
