Job Overview

The role of Strategic Brand Director involves:

  • Creative Leadership: Oversee the creative team, both internal and external, in the production of all marketing materials, including web, print, and digital collateral.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for both small-scale and large-scale projects, leveraging brand design, compelling content, and technology.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to develop marketing plans, analyze results, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Internal Marketing: Create engaging internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives into clear and motivating creative strategies across business units.
  • Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis, consumer need assessment, and competitive landscape evaluation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budget Management: Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses effectively.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in creative direction, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Campaign Development: Experience in developing marketing/advertising campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Integrated Content: Understanding and experience in creating integrated content across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, and offline/print.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team of creative talent and drive results.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business objectives and how to apply creative vision to achieve them.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Mastery's degree in marketing or business, prior experience in copywriting, design, or production, and project management experience with a focus on creative direction.
