Technical Support Engineer

Ghrs Training is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to international customers.

  • Provide technical support via an international voice process, efficiently handling and resolving technical issues.
  • Serve as a key point of contact on the Service Desk, utilizing ServiceNow for accurate logging, tracking, and management of support tickets.
  • Perform comprehensive troubleshooting for various hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with customers throughout the support process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Technical Support.
  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills essential for an international voice environment.
  • Customer-focused, with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
