This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation abilities. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, and have familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies. They will also have impeccable command over language, both written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies to align employees with company goals and values.
• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, internal blogs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Draft and distribute press releases, company announcements, and corporate statements.
• Act as a liaison between the company and media outlets, handling PR activities.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms to promote company projects, values, and achievements.
• Write blog posts, case studies, and website content showcasing the company's expertise.
• Oversee photography and videography efforts for marketing materials, including site visits and project updates.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting across all channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• Impeccable command over language, both written and spoken English.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with working on tools like Notion, Canva, Hootsuite, Mail Chimp.
• Experience with website content management and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
