Program Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional with direct experience in managing EdTech programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Batch Management: Run student batches end-to-end from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Deliverables: Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main link between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Progress Tracking: Keep students engaged, track their progress, and intervene if necessary.
  • Mentor Support: Assist mentors in delivering smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Process Enhancement: Set up and improve post-sales processes for a better student experience.
  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to identify gaps and make informed program decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall student experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues early on (dropouts, delays) and resolve them promptly.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Mandatory prior experience in EdTech program management (managing students, mentors, and operational processes).
  • Solving Operational Challenges: Strong track record of solving operational challenges with structured solutions.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data Analysis: Comfort with data and reporting tools; ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams.
