Job Opportunity:
About the Role- Strategic Leadership
- This position involves developing cutting-edge strategies to enhance business performance, creating pilot programs for accounts receivable processes, and designing initiatives to boost collections.
- A deep understanding of revenue cycle management, key performance indicators, and insurance collection is essential.
- Revenue Cycle Expertise
- Familiarity with the end-to-end revenue cycle process, metrics, and calculations is required.
- A thorough comprehension of downstream revenue cycle offices, including payment posting, AR follow-up/denial management, and patient billing, is necessary.
- Tactical Management and Communication
- The successful candidate will lead teams of 5-10 members, develop leadership capabilities, and drive team growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and annual performance review/appraisals experience are expected.
Candidate Requirements:
- A minimum of 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process is required.
- The ideal candidate is presently working as an Associate Director or has a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a willingness to work night shifts are necessary.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc. is preferred.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ambitious individual who can identify areas for improvement.
