
SaaS Growth Strategist

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven professional to lead our growth marketing efforts in launching and scaling software as a service (SaaS) products, particularly in the US market.
Main Responsibilities- Go-to-Market & Positioning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for launching new SaaS products in the US market, shaping positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
- Community-Led Distribution: Drive traction through Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and SaaS communities, launching engagement campaigns in micro-communities and setting up referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption.
- Partnership Development & AEO (Alternative Ecosystem Outreach): Build distribution partnerships with accelerators, SaaS incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B tool ecosystems, identifying and leveraging co-marketing opportunities with complementary startups and service providers.
- Growth Experiments: Design and run tactical growth experiments, including landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, incentive programs, rapidly testing acquisition channels and double down on those that prove cost-efficient.
- Analytics & Metrics: Own growth KPIs: sign-ups, activation rates, CAC/LTV, referral efficiency, retention, presenting insights and adapting tactics quickly based on data.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's in Marketing/Business (preferred, but not mandatory).
- 5–8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS products, particularly in the US market.
- Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
- Track record of building partnerships and referral programs that materially moved the needle.
- Strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
- Comfort in high-ownership, resource-limited environments — from strategy to hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
