Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Building Information Modeling Specialist to lead our architectural modeling efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects, collaborating with design teams, creating accurate architectural models using Revit, and ensuring adherence to company/project BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. BIM Strategy Development: Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects, aligning with industry best practices and company goals.
  2. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with design teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to create and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  3. Model Creation and Management: Create accurate architectural models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and completeness of design information, and manage the BIM model to ensure seamless integration with other disciplines.
  4. Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts to enhance coordination and minimize errors, improving overall project efficiency.
  5. Document Generation: Generate architectural construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation, maintaining high-quality standards.
  6. Industry Trends and Advancements: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and deliver exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. BIM Software Proficiency: Proficient in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in architectural modeling and detailing.
  2. Architectural Design Principles: Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  3. BIM Standards and Best Practices: Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with multidisciplinary teams.

Salary Estimate

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be around ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
