Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, and management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a smooth on-boarding process for new employees, assessing training needs, and coaching employees to improve their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and recruit candidates through initial screening, personal interviews, telephonic interviews, and handle the entire joining process.
  • Maintain a smooth on-boarding process for new joiners.
  • Assess training needs and train, counsel, and coach employees.
  • Cultivate and develop a healthy working culture within the organization.
  • Carry out administrative duties.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation.
  • Maintain pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Involve in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling of relevant profiles for respective roles.
  • Schedule interviews, brief candidates before and after interviews, and maintain a healthy pipeline.
