Lead Corporate KYC Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our corporate Know Your Customer initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and proven experience in managing high-risk client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive KYC strategies for corporate clients, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments on new and existing corporate clients, leveraging industry expertise and analytical skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather required documentation and information for KYC processes.
  • Monitor and review KYC policies and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on KYC best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on KYC activities and findings to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles within the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of KYC regulations, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using KYC software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications in compliance or risk management (e.g., CAMS, CFE) are highly desirable.
