Job Title: Policies and Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Policies and Risk Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing policies and procedures related to risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to risk management.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate policies and procedures to stakeholders, including employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Insurance Certification: Insurance certification, such as INS 21, 22, or 23.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience leading teams of up to 20-30 members.
