Responsibilities:
  • Risk Profiling: Conduct meticulous risk assessments on corporate clients to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates.
  • Diligent Analysis: Assess and evaluate risk profiles of corporate clients based on gathered information and documentation.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with internal teams to gather additional information and guarantee accurate KYC documentation.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain detailed KYC records and documentation for auditing purposes.
  • Regulatory Update: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and best practices in KYC compliance.
  • Talent Development: Provide training and guidance to junior staff on KYC processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 3-8 years of experience in KYC, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), or compliance roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Strong understanding of KYC regulations and compliance requirements in India.
  • Risk Assessment: Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and due diligence for corporate clients.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using KYC compliance software and tools.
