Human Resources Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in India.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Indian office, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in India.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to HR activities, adhering to data protection regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, with proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
