Sales and Display Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a full-time on-site role, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing merchandising strategies to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product displays to ensure an attractive and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking, thereby ensuring maximum availability of products for customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze sales figures to identify trends and patterns, making informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong communication and customer service skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Sales and retail experience, preferably in a similar role, to bring valuable insights and expertise.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies to develop effective merchandising plans.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Attention to detail and creative thinking skills to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
