
Senior Front Desk Manager

The primary objective of this position is to manage overnight front desk and accounting responsibilities. As the main point of contact for late-night guests, you will handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and taxes, on a daily basis.
- Preparing comprehensive financial reports for senior management.
- Welcoming guests overnight with exceptional service skills.
- Handling reservations and arranging amenities such as wake-up calls, taxis, and shuttle services.
- Providing high-level service to VIPs and VVIPs.
- Posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts and processing invoices.
- Managing cash drawers and processing credit card transactions.
- Tracking key financial metrics, including occupancy rates and revenues.
- Preparing end-of-day reports and summary balances for hotel management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience at a managerial level in the hospitality industry.
- Basic math and accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PMS, and IDS software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
