Job Title: Senior Digital Business Manager

 

As a Senior Digital Business Manager, you will play a key role in driving digital growth across various customer segments. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital adoption strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Identify areas for improvement in digital penetration and develop plans to enhance it.

 

Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage teams of professionals to achieve digital goals.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team alignment with business objectives.

 

Customer Onboarding & Engagement:
  • Drive initiatives for customer onboarding onto digital platforms.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement.

 

Training & Capability Building:
  • Organize training sessions for teams to improve knowledge of digital banking products.
  • Ensure teams are equipped with tools and knowledge to support customer onboarding and digital service usage.

 

Performance Management:
  • Track KPIs related to digital product usage, customer onboarding, and adoption success rates.
  • Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.

 

Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and ground-level teams.

 

Customer Experience Enhancement:
  • Champion a customer-centric approach to digital adoption efforts.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to implement improvements in digital user experience.

 

Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Postgraduate degree in Management or related field is an advantage.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a digital banking or leadership role.
