Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to guide clients through the certification process under the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). The consultant will assist clients in ensuring compliance with BIS standards by providing expert assistance in registration, documentation, product testing, and certification.

The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive guidance on BIS Certification requirements, assist clients in identifying applicable BIS standards, and facilitate the preparation and submission of required documentation.

  • Provide expert guidance on BIS Certification requirements.
  • Assist clients in identifying relevant BIS standards and categories for their products.
  • Coordinate with laboratories for product testing and obtain necessary test reports.
  • Ensure products meet technical standards for performance and safety as required by BIS regulations.

The consultant will act as the primary point of contact between clients and BIS officials to expedite the certification process, track and monitor application status, and advise clients on testing and post-certification compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of working experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of BIS standards.
  • Knowledge of BIS portal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
