Career Opportunity for a Full-Time Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a full-time test engineer in Sricity, Tada Andhra Pradesh.

  • Ensure the reliability and safety of our trains by rigorously adhering to testing procedures and schedules. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with teams across the business (project managers, train managers, manufacturing teams), managing the repair of failures, and more.
  • Take ownership of conducting detailed handovers from manufacturing and systematically executing test procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracing each failure with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer acceptance criteria in detail and perform systematic testing and reporting.
  • Manage and trace failures effectively, identifying areas for improvement and proposing process enhancements.
  • Maintain a transparent and team-oriented approach, ensuring open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Escalate any deviations or unresolved issues to the EPU Test Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • Experience or understanding of industrial activities related to T&C is desirable.
  • Knowledge of electrical, control, onboard communications & network systems.
  • Familiarity with high-risk activities and EHS requirements.
  • A result-driven mindset and efficient problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
