Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Process Quality Executive Leader to join our team at Equiniti. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will play a critical part in driving the quality performance of our Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, working closely with the QC & Workflow Manager to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions. You will also be responsible for training, coaching and motivating team members to ensure they meet the current and future performance needs of the business.

This is a key leadership role within the Operations team and requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a permanent position based in India, and you will be required to work collaboratively with our UK-based support team. The salary for this role is approximately ₹1200000-₹1800000 per annum (depending on experience), plus benefits.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of the Operations team's work;
  • Working closely with the QC & Workflow Manager to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions;
  • Training, coaching and motivating team members to ensure they meet the current and future performance needs of the business;
  • Collaborating with the UK-based support team to deliver high-quality results;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a Senior Processing Executive in a similar industry;
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of pension administration systems;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others;
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
