About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support through phone, email, and chat platforms
- Manage airline operations, including ticketing, reservations, and flight schedules
- Ensure accurate and timely communication with customers, colleagues, and partners

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary or equivalent education
- 0-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or airline operations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
