HR Strategic Operations Manager

Job Overview:
A skilled HR Operations Specialist is required to lead the implementation and adherence of HR policies and processes. Key responsibilities include employee life cycle management, attendance and leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, medical insurance, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures
- Manage and maintain accurate employee documentation from onboarding to separation
- Oversee attendance and leave management systems to ensure seamless operations
- Process payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and statutory payments in accordance with relevant laws
- Ensure statutory compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Liaise with vendors for HRMS system implementation and continuous improvement
- Resolve employee grievances within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Prepare data-driven insights and reports for informed decision-making and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- Demonstrated understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR Information Systems
Work Environment:
This role will be based in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive unit.
