Job Description:- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Vocational Course, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
