Job Title: Technical Program Manager

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving multiple technology programs and product implementations. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Key responsibilities include defining program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, managing dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively. You will also conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology, providing regular updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments. Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms is highly desirable.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong technical background
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar

Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms, knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML are preferred.
