Job Opportunity:

​

This is a key role that combines the responsibilities of leading end-to-end process migrations and other transitions with program management and change management.

​

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within constraints. They will lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

​

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing comprehensive program plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the transition are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Implementing change management strategies to support the transition process and ensure stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements include:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in leading end-to-end process migrations and other transitions, program management, and change management.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and cultures.
  • Strong business analysis, organizational design, and process improvement experience.

​
