Design Engineer Job Opportunity

Mélange provides comprehensive engineering services across various domains, including product development, sheet metal, plastic, jigs and fixtures, and the automotive sector.

We utilize advanced tools to help customers optimize designs and ensure structural integrity and high performance of their products.

The role involves creating and modifying product designs, developing detailed 3D models and 2D drawings, conducting reverse engineering, and participating in parametric modeling.

Responsibilities include performing finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analyses, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in product and plant design optimization efforts.

A Design Engineer should possess basic skills in design engineering and product design, basic experience in mechanical engineering, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) tools such as Solid Edge, Creo, or SolidWorks.

Knowledge of FEA and CFD analysis is a plus, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, and prior experience in relevant domains such as automotive, aerospace, or heavy engineering.
