About this Role:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for refining and preparing the product backlog, driving development of complex features, and performing demos to act as a Subject Matter Expert towards customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • R refine and prepare product backlog
  • Drive development of complex features, including scoping and defining requirements
  • Conduct refinement/grooming/execution on user stories
  • Support Product Owner/Project Manager in prioritizing product backlog of a development team
  • Support Product Owner/Project Manager in driving a development team together with Scrum Master
  • Provide input to Roadmap visions for future development
  • Perform demos and act as a Subject Matter Expert towards customers
  • Deliver estimates on features with the team
  • Contribute in creating next-generation product documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience as business analyst
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to act as Subject Matter Expert
  • Ability to turn business requirements into epics/features and user stories
  • Awareness of Agile methods and the role as Product Owner

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience from Payments industry
  • Experience with development of transaction-based systems within the financial sector
  • Experience with handling releases
  • General understanding of high-performance IT systems
