Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

The role of a Lead Generation Specialist is to develop and execute strategies to identify, connect with, and convert potential clients into sales-ready leads.

This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, sales processes, and data analysis to effectively generate high-quality leads for our business.

A successful Lead Generation Specialist will have the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Research & Identification: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and their needs, using various tools and resources to gather relevant information.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize advanced outreach techniques to establish connections with potential clients, build relationships, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads via email, phone calls, and other platforms to nurture them and move them closer to conversion.
  • Strategy Development: Develop, execute, and optimize lead generation strategies to meet targets and improve results.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to track lead performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategy development.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years in lead generation or a related field.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP).
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to prospect, engage, and close deals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analysis platforms.
  • Additional Skills: Bonus if you have experience in digital marketing, sales, or content creation.
