Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in designing and building innovative generative AI models, leveraging techniques such as RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and Develop Generative Models: Utilize expertise in generative AI to create complex models that meet specific requirements.
  • Fine-tune Pre-trained Models: Adapt pre-trained large language models for targeted tasks and domains.
  • Conduct Research and Development: Explore new techniques to enhance model performance and capabilities.
  • Apply Software Engineering Best Practices: Ensure ML/generative AI pipelines adhere to rigorous engineering standards.
  • Evaluate and Analyze Model Performance: Assess the effectiveness of ML/generative AI models and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Current with Industry Advancements: Remain up-to-date with the latest developments in generative AI research.
  • Facilitate Proof-of-Concept Systems: Collaborate on the development and deployment of proof-of-concept generative AI systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and Linux for server management.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Methodical and meticulous towards work and planning.
