Global HR Leadership

We are hiring a Chief People Officer to be based in our India HQ. This strategic corporate role involves building and scaling global HR, people, and performance management systems, while setting up a strong India HR foundation as our headquarters.

This role requires leading global HR strategy, corporate governance, compliance, and high-performance culture. Establishing Beeontrade's corporate-level HR framework — policies, compliance, performance, and leadership development is key. Design scalable systems for HR operations, employee relations, and talent management across multiple geographies.

HQ India: Corporate + Local HR

  • Build the full HR function in India as the corporate HQ backbone.
  • Oversee local HR operations — recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Indian labor laws.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting globally, from strategy to execution, building diverse and high-performing teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to design headcount planning, succession pipelines, and leadership hiring.

Performance & Culture

  • Build a global performance management system with measurable KPIs and accountability frameworks.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws in each region (India, USA, Turkey, UAE).

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a global or multinational company.
  • Proven experience building HR systems from scratch in a growth-stage environment.
  • Deep knowledge of India HR laws and experience running India HR operations.
  • Track record of managing global HR strategy across multiple regions.
  • Strong ability to work with C-level executives and influence business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to offices (US, Turkey, UAE).
