Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Expert to join our team. This role involves overseeing the delivery of high-quality projects, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, execute tasks, and deliverables while coordinating staffing and monitoring results.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations through regular updates.
  • Collaborate with the project team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Presentation of project statuses to executive teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage risks to ensure successful project completion by identifying, classifying, prioritizing, mitigating, and developing contingency plans.
  • Issue and change management for project scope.
  • Work as a team player and leader to coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high development team throughput by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables, including executive level updates, meeting facilitation decks, project status reports, vendor reports, and contract redlines.
  • Demonstrate autonomy while delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Exercise sound judgment to ensure integrity and compliance with organizational policies while fostering core values.
  • Create an environment for growth and development team competencies via collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated full-time Project Manager leading teams of 10+ members.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • A working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services, or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • In-depth knowledge of drug development is essential.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; strong proficiency in Excel a plus.
  • Working experience with European/USA clients.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce / Hubspot.
