Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Preparation: Develop annual operating budgets that align with corporate strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets through data-driven decision making.
  • Cost Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • SOP Implementation: Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures, medical record management, and audit readiness.
  • Escalation Point: Act as a point of contact for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
