Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centres (GCC) advisory teams. As Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and expertise to clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for GBS and GCC organizations
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and several years of experience in consulting, technology, or GCC operations
  • Solid functional knowledge and experience in areas such as finance, accounting, supply chain management, procurement, human resources, sales, and commercial
  • Experience working in India's GCC market, including strategy, advisory, applications portfolio management, program/portfolio management, operations excellence, business analysis, vendor management, and solutioning/consulting

Prior experience in project delivery, change management, and creative problem-solving is also highly valued.
