Job Title: Vulnerability Management Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to execute regular vulnerability scans, collaborate with infrastructure and application teams, track and report on remediation progress, and support patch management.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in IT security or vulnerability management and hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or Nessus.

You will be responsible for maintaining vulnerability dashboards, preparing regulatory compliance reports, providing technical support and mentorship to junior teams, and assisting in defining security hardening guidelines and vulnerability baselines.

The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, effective communication with global stakeholders, and knowledge of networking, firewalls, OS, and app security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular vulnerability scans using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities.
  • Track and report on remediation progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support patch management initiatives to maintain system security.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vulnerability dashboards.
  • Prepare regulatory compliance reports to ensure organizational adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT security or vulnerability management.
