Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Specialist

The role of a Functional Consultant involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet those requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and develop tailored CRM solutions
  • Design, implement, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
  • Maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in functional consulting, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proven expertise in TOSCA automation tool, full lifecycle implementation, and agile project methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Dynamics 365 CE modules: Field Services, PSA
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow)
  • Dynamics 365 Common Data Model understanding
  • CRM configuration and integration knowledge
