IT Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365

The successful candidate will oversee the overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of our D365 environment ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. This includes implementing optimization, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues, as well as leading IT projects, integrations, and migrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration and Configuration: Ensure seamless operation of our D365 environment, maintaining optimal performance and security.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify and resolve system-related issues in a timely and effective manner, minimizing downtime and its impact on business operations.
  • IT Project Management: Lead company IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, making recommendations for improving current business processes and controls.
  • Analytical Skills: Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with expertise in finance and operation, Microsoft Azure cloud, sales, distribution, purchasing, inventory, production, and accounts and finance modules.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure cloud.
