Job Title: Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced project manager to lead large-scale ERP programs preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.

  • Coordinate and document meetings including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items ensuring seamless execution.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports delivering accurate insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers fostering effective communication.
  • Elevate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership driving informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items promoting a culture of responsibility.
  • Sustain project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or management demonstrating expertise.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of ERP programs especially MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain showcasing proficiency.
  • Adept understanding of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles illustrating technical acumen.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage US stakeholders conveying complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) streamlining productivity.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking displaying adaptability.
  • Possess skilled prioritization, risk tracking, and escalation management techniques successfully navigating complexities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans tailored to organizational needs.
  2. Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive delivery of projects.
  3. Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement enhancing overall performance.
  4. Providing expert guidance on best practices for project management.
