Project Lead for ERP Implementation

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, with hands-on experience in at least one ERP tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate ERP project teams.
  • Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP initiatives.
  • Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Track project progress, risks, and issues across the team.
  • Ensure proper documentation, communication, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and enforce best practices.
  • Report on project health and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years in project management roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management certification (PMP) is preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with data migration or data warehouse projects.
  • Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to manage geographically distributed teams.
